Enhance Vitality and Renew Intimacy with Juliet
Pure Luxe is proud to offer the Juliet laser treatment, providing enhanced intimacy and improved vaginal health. By generating collagen right where it’s needed, the Juliet laser can improve post-childbirth vaginal tone and exibility, enhance sexual functioning by increasing moisture levels in the vagina, and even offer cosmetic improvement.
The Juliet treatment uses a laser, which passes twice over the area being treated. The first pass stimulates the production of collagen. The second pass remodels the tissue, causing the formation of new blood vessels and new nerve endings. You’ll experience renewed sensation as you reverse the effects of menopause, such as dryness and discomfort, without hormone therapy or vaginal creams.
To achieve the optimal effect, three Juliet treatment sessions are recommended. You’ll start to notice results after your first treatment, and improvements will continue throughout your treatment regimen. Our registered nurses can provide all the details you need to make an informed decision about the procedure.

MORE ABOUT THE JULIET
Women undergo many changes throughout their lives. Childbirth, menopause, hormonal fluctuations, genetics, time, and gravity can cause vaginal tissue to lose elasticity, decrease in supportiveness, shrink, and become atrophic. As a result, women can experience uncomfortable intercourse, itching, discomfort, and loss of bladder control.
The Juliet laser treatment can improve these conditions and requires no surgery or needles. It is essentially painless! The Juliet may be right for you if you answer "yes" to any of the following questions:
Do you ever leak urine when you cough, sneeze, or exercise?
Have you felt "loose" vaginally since childbirth and/or menopause?
Have you ever not quite made it to the bathroom on time?
Have your intimate relationships suffered due to vaginal changes?
Are you experiencing a loss of self confidence, interest in sex, or lack of sexual desire due to changes in your feminine wellness?
Do you feel dry during intercourse?
Do you have trouble reaching orgasm?
Studies on Vaginal Rejuvenation
Women in Europe and South America have been enjoying the benefits of vaginal rejuvenation for years, but the FDA approved the procedure in the U.S. only a year ago. Women who suffer from pain during intercourse, itching, discomfort, loss of bladder control, and more—due to vaginal dryness and thinning of the tissue—can reverse the negative results of aging with vaginal rejuvenation. Multiple studies have shown similar results:
90% or more of women were satisfied with the procedure
70% of women were no longer leaking urine after 120 days
Pelvic floor muscle strength was improved by up to 60%
Vaginal canal tissue was tightened by up to 17%
92% of women reported increased sexual pleasure
80% or more of men reported increased sexual pleasure
Loss of Bladder Control
There are many causes of bladder leaks, but one of the most common is called "stress urinary incontinence." This can be best described as the loss of urine when you run, jump, cough laugh, or sneeze. Women experience physical changes due to pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause, as well as low estrogen levels associated with menopause. All of these changes can cause stress urinary incontinence. Improving the elasticity and thickness of the vaginal tissue can decrease or eliminate bladder leaks altogether!
Please note that stress urinary incontinence can also occur in younger women. For instance:
Lower estrogen levels are present just before the menstrual cycle begins, which can cause enough change in vaginal structure, resulting in a greater chance of bladder leaks.
Female athletes who are involved in strenuous exercise programs can experience the shutdown of the ovaries—the primary source of estrogen—also resulting in greater chances of bladder leaks.
How the Juliet™ Works
At Pure Luxe, the Juliet is administered by a registered nurse who has undergone extensive training. A special Erbium:YAG laser is used to target the vaginal tissue and restore its natural state, and as a result, collagen and the blood supply to the tissue is improved. Then vaginal and labial tissue are thickened and balanced, leading to increased vaginal tightness, more flexibility of the tissue, and more natural vaginal discharge.
“After I gave birth to my children, my body changed and sex life was not as satisfactory. My healthcare provider recommended the Juliet laser. The effects were immediately visible for me and improved over time. One month after the treatment, I still notice continuous improvements in tightness. It’s made a huge difference, I feel like I’m 18 again, which is great.” - LT

It has restored my confidence and renewed intimacy in my life.” – JW
“I underwent the Juliet treatment to improve dryness and pain during intercourse. I was extremely surprised when my urinary issues improved as well. Now I can cough and sneeze again without a problem. It also decreased my sense of urgency to urinate.” - PM
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is the Juliet laser treatment right for me?
Juliet is right for any woman seeking a fast, non-surgical and discreet procedure that enhances sexual functioning and provides a better sexual experience. It is for women who want to feel more confident about their feminine health or seek vaginal cosmetic improvement.
What is the Juliet laser treatment?
The Juliet treatment is a new, non-surgical in-office procedure that uses laser technology to improve intimate wellness by reducing vaginal dryness or discomfort that can occur around menopause. The Juliet laser also restores tone and exibility to the vaginal wall and can help reduce dyschromia and remodel the vulvar area.
How does the Juliet laser treat vaginal laxity?
Vaginal childbirth and the natural aging process can lead to loss of vaginal sensation and tone. The Juliet laser treatment stimulates the production of collagen right where it’s needed, remodeling tissue bers and restoring exibility and shape.
How does the Juliet treatment improve painful intercourse?
The Juliet treatment is a two-step process. The first pass stimulates the production of collagen, strengthening the structure ofthe tissue. The second pass revitalizes the tissue through gentle heating. Patients report reduced discomfort, and improved vaginal lubrication, tone and exibility.
Can Juliet improve the appearance of the vaginal area?
The Juliet treatment remodels the labia while reducing skin pigmentation, resulting in improved skin texture and tone.
How many sessions are required?
Most patients have reported improvement in as little as one treatment; however, three treatments are recommended. Treatments are administered every 4 weeks, and the same protocol is utilized. Realistically, your treatment must be individualized. Your results and the degree of improvement, as well as how long the benefits will last, depend on the condition(s) being treated.
Currently, the longest official followup study is 6 months for urinary incontinence patients, and the patients reported still being dry and happy.
One of the physicians who has great experience with the procedures, E. V. Leshunov, MD, reports that he has followed patients that he has treated who are still happy with the results at 36 months. He did add that patients with vaginal atrophy may need to be treated at 1-2 year intervals to maintain rejuvenation.
Is the treatment painful?
The treatment is not painful and generally doesn’t require anesthesia; however, a mild topical anesthetic may be applied, especially when treating the introitus (vaginal opening) and vulvar vaginal area.
When can I expect results?
Improvement can be observed immediately after the first treatment and will continue to improve several months after the last treatment. Three treatments may be needed for optimal results.
How long does treatment last?
After the final treatment, patients should expect to come back annually for a maintenance treatment.
What are the post-treatment limitations?
We recommend you refrain from sexual intercourse, heavy physical exercise, and activities such as swimming or using a sauna for three days after the treatment.
Does the type of laser treatment matter?
Juliet™(Ebrium:YAG laser) has been compared, in at least two head to head studies with CO2. Juliet patients did not present complications that were commonly seen in the CO2-treated women (Gaspar 2012). Juliet patients also achieved longer lasting results than the CO2 patients. The women who received the CO2 laser treatments reported significantly higher discomfort during and after the treatment (Gasper 2013).
