Appointments
To schedule services or treatments, please call our guest services team at 865/474-7873. We suggest making appointments in advance, however, we will always do our best to accommodate your requests.

A consultation is required before any cosmetic medical procedure in order to correctly identify and meet your specific needs.

Check-In Procedures
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior (30 minutes prior for spa services) to your scheduled appointment. Feel free to arrive even earlier to make full use of the facility, including the calming lounge, dry sauna and steam showers.

To ensure your treatment is suited to your needs and expectations, please be prepared to answer some general questions regarding your personal skincare concerns and medical conditions. In order to expedite the check-in process, you may print and complete the applicable forms prior to your arrival:

Regretfully, late arrival will limit the time of your service, lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment. The full charge for your treatment will apply.

During Your Visit
Please be courteous of other guests by turning off cell phones while in the salon, spa or medspa. Personal belongings are your sole responsibility.

To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all guests, we ask that you make arrangements for your children while you are receiving services. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while receiving salon, spa and medspa services.

Cancellation Policy
We request that you provide a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. A valid credit card number is required for all weekend spa appointments. Those who fail to give proper notice may incur charges.

Purchase Policies
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. In some instances, we may require a credit card number at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Payment will not be processed until checkout.

You may exchange unopened products within 14 days of purchase if you have a receipt. We cannot exchange any opened or used products. Refunds on retail products are not allowed.

Oftentimes, clients like to show their appreciation through gratuities. If you would like to do so, please note we accept cash, check and debit tips only. Tip envelopes are provided for your convenience at the guest services desk.
