Laser Genesis
What is Laser Genesis?
Laser Gensis skin therapy treats conditions that are typically associated with premature signs of aging and sun damage, including excessive redness, large pores, uneven texture and fine lines and wrinkles. You can expect to see subtle, consistent results after each treatment without unwanted side effects. Treatment can be performed comfortably without the use of topical anesthetics.
How does it work?
By gently heating the upper dermis below your skin’s surface, Laser Genesis stimulates collagen re-growth, and additional heat is generated in dilated capillaries to reduce redness.
What is diffuse redness?
Diffuse redness is a general appearance of facial redness, such as rosy cheeks. This condition is caused by dilated capillaries, which results in an appearance of general redness and well-defined vessels. The most commonly affected areas are the nose, forehead and cheeks. Diffuse redness is often associated with a condition called rosacea, and it can be hereditary. Laser Genesis will help your appearance by gently treating and reducing this condition.
How many treatments will I need?
On average, you will require four to six treatments to achieve optimal results. Every patient’s needs vary, and keep in mind that individual treatment results are often subtle, but the overall effect of multiple treatments can be quite dramatic. We recommend having a consultation with one of our registered nurses to learn more about your expected results.
Limelight
What is Limelight?
The Limelight procedure offers the advantage of improving skin tone and surface imperfections associated with aging and photodamage, including skin redness, tiny veins, brown spots and sun damage. New spots, veins and diffuse redness may appear with new sun damage; however they too can be treated. Remember to always apply sunscreen to minimize new sun damage.
How does it work?
By customizing treatment to your skin type and selectively targeting areas on your skin, brown spots, tiny veins and redness can be treated on your face, neck and décolleté. Following the procedure, spots will start to darken and treated areas may appear slightly red and swollen. Within one to three weeks, the darkened spots will flake off and fade. Redness or veins will decrease, and your complexion will improve.
How many treatments will I need?
One to three treatments are sometimes sufficient to see results. However, additional treatments may be recommended, especially for excessive sun damage.
Titan
What is Titan?
Titan uses light energy to heat the dermis deep beneath your skin’s surface and ultimately improve, enhance and tighten overall skin tone. Without surgery, recovery time or injections, Titan is an ideal solution for your face, jaw line, neck, arms and abdomen.
How does it work?
Utilizing a safe infrared light to heat the dermis well below the skin’s surface, Titan improves your skin’s tone and tightness. During the procedure, the skin’s top surface is protected through continuous cooling with the Titan hand piece.
How many treatments will I need?
Most patients require two to four treatments over several months to see optimal results. We recommend consulting with one of our registered nurses to learn more about the expectancies of your treatment.
Pearl*
What is Pearl?
Often with a single treatment, Pearl treats fine lines, uneven skin texture and brown spots caused by sun damage by replacing the entire top layer of sun-damaged skin with new, healthy skin.
How does it work?
The top layer of the skin is treated with pulses of light, gently removing a portion of the skin’s surface and forming a natural protective dressing over the area. Simultaneously, it sends heat to deeper layers of the skin, stimulating new collagen growth and diminishing fine lines and wrinkles. New collagen growth will continue for four to six weeks post-treatment.
How many treatments will I need?
Typically, only one to two treatments are necessary. Three to four days after the Pearl procedure, your skin’s natural protective dressing peels off, revealing a more youthful, vibrant appearance. It is the most effective treatment in skin rejuvenation without wound care and the lengthy downtime associated with traditional Erbium and CO2 laser procedures.
Pearl Fractional*
What is Pearl Fractional?
Pearl Fractional is a single treatment laser designed to improve imperfections due to aging and sun damage. Unlike Pearl, it affects only a fraction of the skin, selectively removing columns of tissue and leaving surrounding skin intact.
How does it work?
The Pearl Fractional laser uses heat to create tiny holes deep in the skin. The procedure removes sun-damaged tissue then stimulates natural collagen production. Because this process plumps the skin from below, it repairs photodamage and other skin imperfections, revealing new, healthy skin.
How many treatments will I need?
Pearl Fractional’s unique laser wavelength and deep treatment provide dramatic results in a single session. With approximately one week of recovery, it offers the best combination of safety, patient experience and downtime among all skin rejuvenation procedures.
*Pearl Fusion is the combination of the Pearl and Pearl Fractional treatments.
