At Pure Luxe, we make it a point to give back to our Knoxville community through offering our time, talent and services. From participating in charitable events to donating gift cards and spa packages, we feel it’s important to be an outward-focused organization.
“We should be a constant example of how to help those in need by working hard. Remember the words of the Lord Jesus: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’” –Acts 20:35
Since its inception, Pure Luxe has been a sponsor for numerous organizations, including the Knoxville Inner City Kid's Outreach, the Smoky Mountain Children's Home, Cry For Justice, the American Cancer Society, Knoxville Symphony League, United Way, Knoxville Opera, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and the University of Tennessee.

Knoxville Inner City Kid’s Outreach – November 2011
For the last several years, Pure Luxe Owner Rusty Bittle has committed to a corporate sponsorship for KICKO’s Celebration Banquet. The outreach is a Para-church ministry with a mission to “mobilize the message of Hope” to at-risk children in inner-city Knoxville. Through a program called Sidewalk SONday School, large trucks take the church into communities to share the Gospel with elementary-age children. As the KICKO team puts it, “The children are not hopeless – they just don’t have hope.”
Cry for Justice – October 2011
Pure Luxe was a corporate sponsor for Cry For Justice’s STAND, with one Voice for one Hope 2011 event. Cry For Justice exists to raise awareness in Knoxville about modern day sex slavery and to restore human trafficking victims by working with other organizations throughout the country. Next to drug dealing, human trafficking is the 2nd largest criminal industry in the world and is the fastest growing. The U.N. estimates it to be a $32 billion industry, of which $10 billion is derived from the initial sale of men, women, teens and children.
Smoky Mountain Children’s Home – October 2011
After hearing about the mission of Smoky Mountain Children’s Home, Pure Luxe gladly donated a $25 gift card to every guest that attended the organization’s Cherish the Child, Change the World 2011 event. An estimated 5,000 people were in attendance to support the cause and listen to speaker Glenn Beck’s account of his childhood. The Home is a faith-based agency that provides professional care and treatment for boys and girls who have been abandoned, neglected and abused.
Butterfly Fund – August 2011
Pure Luxe team members Rusty Bittle, Robbie Arledge, Erin Lovely and Julie Dickey participated in the Butterfly Fund’s 2011 5k. All race proceeds went to research, treatment and services dedicated to defeating pediatric cancers. The organization was founded by two Knoxville families who lost young daughters in 2008 to Rhabdomyosarcoma. Currently, cancer is the #1 disease killer of American children, and the mortality rate is 25% within five years of diagnosis.
New Year, New You – January 2011
Out with the old and in with the new! After reviewing several entries detailing why nominees should be selected as the New Year, New You recipient, a lucky Knoxville resident received a fabulous makeover by Pure Luxe, Cornerstone Dental Arts and Kimball’s Jewelers. The New Year, New You package was valued at $16,000 and included laser skin rejuvenation services, a salon & spa makeover, cosmetic dentistry and David Yurman jewelry.
