You can save BIG on your 2012 BOTOX by getting treated in February. CLUB 90 TEN members receive $10 per unit pricing and $200 total off their next three treatments. Here's how it works...

1. Join CLUB 90 TEN and Brilliant Distinctions. If you're already a member, great! You can take advantage of this offer as well.

2. Treatment #1: $10 per unit + save $50.  You'll receive treatment at $10 per unit PLUS another $50 off when you checkout. We will then issue 200 points to your Brilliant Distinctions account for your BOTOX injection. Must purchase a minimum of 20 units to receive $50 instant rebate. 

3. Treatment #2: $10 per unit + save $75.  90 days after treatment #1, you'll receive a $50 rebate in your BD account. Print it off along with a $25 coupon and bring them with you to this treatment for $10 per unit pricing and an additional $75 off. We'll issue you another 200 BD points for your BOTOX injection. Must purchase a minimum of 20 units to use $50 instant rebate. You create the $25 coupon using the 200 BD points received after treatment #1.

4. Treatment #3: $10 per unit + save $75.  90 days after treatment #2, you'll receive another $50 rebate in your BD account. Print it off along with a $25 coupon and bring it with you to this treatment for $10 per unit pricing PLUS an additional $75 off. We'll issue you another 200 BD points for your BOTOX injection. Must purchase a minimum of 20 units to use $50 instant rebate. You create the $25 coupon using the 200 BD points received after treatment #2.
